About the guild:
Welcome to the official blog of <The Blood Ravens>. We are a friendly guild that focuses on building a tightly knit family which will help others who are in need (quests/escorts/instances/etc). As such, we are looking for people who are willing to give as much as they receive, if not more. Ultimately, we hope to help our members enjoy and improve their gaming experiences in WoWLegion. If this guild sounds like something that you might be looking for, then read on to find out some of the basic requirements that we ask of our guild members.
Forum Registration & Participation:
Forum registration, while optional, is highly recommended for guild members. However, do note that in order to be eligible for promotions in the future, you must register yourself in the guild forums. You would also be well-advised to check the forums regularly to keep yourself updated with in-game guild events/news. There is much that can’t be said on a very public blog such as this one.
When registering, please use the in-game name of your main character who is a member of our guild. If you do not do that, then your forum account may be deleted without notice.
Access to the member and Officer-only areas are on a per-user basis. After you register, send an in-game mail to Linthillia if you are an Officer or a guild member and request the proper access.
Character level:
We request that your character be at least level 15 before you join the guild. However, this is open to compromise based on circumstances.
Language:
As English is the main medium of communication within the guild, we require all members to have adequate knowledge of the English language. This is important as language barriers will greatly hinder your integration into the guild.
Online Activity:
We *ask* all guild members to be online at least once a week. However, if you do go inactive (on your main) for more than two months, this will result in being muted (no permissions to do anything guild-related) until you return. Notify Linthillia or an Officer of your previous rank and it will be adjusted once your information has been confirmed as authentic.
Finally:
As the GM, Linthillia bears the benefit and responsibility of having the last word on any issues regarding guild management. However, you can be assured that he consults his officers well before making any important decisions. In event that you do not agree with certain decisions that he has made, do not post/yell disparaging comments in the forums or guild chat. Contact any officers or Linthillia himself privately to discuss the issue. We assure you that your concerns would not be ignored and he will implement the suggested changes so long as they are beneficial to the overall well-being, spirit and success of the guild.
